Locked Out of Admin After Changing General Settings Site and Home URL

    Feeling very bashful and dumb. I can no longer access my wp-admin panel to login after removing the ‘wordpress’ in the site/home url. In fact, login and username no longer recognized though the site does pop up in bare ‘architecture’ format. Can you help me get back into the site’s back-end? No ftp to access to change functions.php as that all seems to lie with wordpress.com. Apologies in advance and thank you for any help you can provide getting the site back up. It is “hr-options.com”.
