  Hi! My name is Sylvester Knox and I’m trying to reset my password. However, I am locked out of the mail.com email that I signed up with. Please help! Thanks.

  Is it possible you are referring to a site other than sylvesterknox.wordpress.com? I ask because I see in our activity logs that sylvesterknox.wordpress.com has not been in use for several years.
