locked out of admin/ paid membership

    I am locked out of my wp-admin site. The dashboard thing just isn’t showing up. I downloaded paid memberships pro and it takes you directly to a page that says private: login (ultimate member form_id=1660) I don’t even know what this means. In the process of trying to figure it out, I got locked out of my dashboard and now every time I try to get back it just takes me to that stupid private page.

    It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
