Hi Melanie,
Just wondering, if your site is on wordpress.com or wordpress.org
Do look at this: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.com does not allow installing additional plugins.
also your blog: https://melanieblackburn.wordpress.com/ is empty, doesn’t have anything.
Your website: http://www.theblessedmessmom.com/ is broken because of the mailchimp plugin install.
You will get help at: https://wordpress.org/support/

It’s the blog for http://www.theblessedmessmom.com and it’s a WordPress.com (I think). I’m pretty sure all I did was purchase a domain through godaddy and WordPress is hosting.
The link you are adding for support is another forum. It’s frustrating to not have any help readily available to to get this taken care of. I’ve tried the FTP which keeps giving me errors.

Hi there,
I’m sorry, but theblessedmessmom.com is not hosted at WordPress.com. As such, we are unable to provide any direct assistance in this manner.
The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.
If you’re interested, you can learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
I would recommend getting in touch with your host or domain registrar for support, or checking out these resources if your site was indeed built with WordPress software:
