Locked out of blog

I have an account but asked to set up a new one??? Day 3 of setting up my new blog and I have been locked out of website/wp-admin . I was having trouble setting up security plugins. The one that has locked me out is IThemes Security. The other real issue is that I was trying to work out how to load SSL certificate that I have for my site. Please help I have sent several requests for help through several of WP portals. I can’t progress without help. Please . Jan Butcher

I hope you can help . It is iTheme security that has shut me out. I have had two messages informing me but I can’t reply to them.

Thank you for your reply. I have membership in WP.org but I have never downloaded the software for the local browser as it was beyond my capabilities.
I am still with WP.com as far as I know. I need help from WP.com. Maybe my problem is bigger than just being locked out. Help! I just want to make a blog and as you can tell I do not know what I am doing or how to solve this.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. Thank you. I do not know what to do now? Can I be on WP.org without downloading the local server? I am so stressed about it all. I am very lacking in understanding of this all. So pleased you replied even if it didn’t solve my issue.

WordPress.org is software you install on a hosting provider, like Bluehost, not on your computer.
You are definitely using the WordPress.org software, hosted by Bluehost.
