Locked out of blog dashboard

    Hi,
    I have tried to login to my blog dashboard for frostedpetticoatblog.com both on my laptop and desktop and I get this message on both computers:
    ‘You have been locked out due to too many invalid login attempts.’
    This is very concerning to me since I am the owner of the website and my login information has not been wrong on my attempts. Also worried that someone is trying to hack into my blog. How do we go about remedying this situation and also getting me back into the dashboard?
