Every blog is an independent website. Deleting one blog has no impact on any other blog.

Hi there! It looks like you have two different WordPress.com accounts associated with these two sites.
The account that you’re currently logged into is diakiwsblog and owns the sites http://diakiwsdigestdotcom.wordpress.com and http://jdiakiwsblog.wordpress.com.
The site diakiws.wordpress.com is owned by a different account, so you can not access it while logged into this account. To access this site, you’ll need to log out of your current WordPress.com account and log in using your other username.
Let me know if you’re not sure what that username is or if you need further help. :)
