locked out of both of my blogs

I have two blogs that I used the same username and password since they were created, As of today I have been locked out of them. After logging in I’ll click on the link to either one and I’m asked for my password again. When I type it in this time I’m told it is incorrect. But it was correct enough to get the two listed, but when I try to get in is when they don’t work. What can I do?

If so I suggest clearing your cache & cookies & restart your browser
a couple of times it seems to do the trick lately.
