locked out of company website

  Hi there, I was asked to sign in to wordpress yesterday, which I did. However, when I went back to the website I needed to work on, the wordpress control panel on the left had vanished. I tried adding wp-admin.login to the url but this locked me out of the website and I can’t get back in.
