Locked out of Editing

    On both Chrome and Edge, when I try to update a post, it tells me ‘Updating failed. Sorry, you are not allowed to edit this post.’ This is my blog and I am signed in. This has happened before on Chrome but not on Edge. Please explain and let me know how to repair immediately. Extremely urgent.

    Hi there,

    This is an issue we’ve been investigating for some time. While we do not have a fix for it yet, clearing your site’s cache and cookies seems to help.

    Could you try and let us know how it went?
