Locked out of hacked account!
-
Hi,
I am (was) the owner of an account named franciskenneth and owner of the blog
http://www.franciskenneth.com
I hadn’t logged in for a while and trying today, I find out that my password has changed so I can’t log in. I also cannot my account because it seems my associated mail has been changed as well. I have none of the proof listed in your recovery page and can thus get no support either so I had to create this account just for that. I imagine you are going to tell me you can do nothing about it without those pieces of proof that weren’t even features back when I was using the site, but evidently wordpress should had sent me an email requesting me to confirm the password/email change and I got none. I own multiple accounts with the username/id franciskenneth for years, such as twitter, instagram, facebook (where I also have a blog page about this blog) and the blog itself still features these social media links, which could serve as incidental and direct proof if somebody from wordpress were to contact me there regarding this situation. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Name Servers
NS1.BLUEHOST.COM
NS2.BLUEHOST.COMHello there, it looks like your above site franciskenneth.com is using name servers that aren’t associated with WordPressdotcom You’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they likely have more experience with the type of issue you are having.
Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of WordPressdotcom hosted sites and the guidance provided here may not be relevant to DIY WordPress.org sites hosted with an external hosting provider (e.g. Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.). For more information on the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Best wishes
