Locked out of my account

  I am lockout of my old account (email visible only to moderators and staff) linked to my website https://www.evolving-infosec.tech because I lost my 2 factor and backup code. How or can I get this old account deleted? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi,

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ but I would recommend contacting your hosting provider. Your site isn’t associated to WordPress.com with a Jetpack connection either, so unfortunately there’s not much we can do to help.
