  I am locked out of my jerrymireland.org account. I no longer have the email address (or access to it) with which I opened the account. All my billing emails and info related to the account were linked to that email address. What can I do?

  Unfortunately, I don’t have any record of paypal transactions for WordPress, and as I mentioned, no longer have any of the emails used to open the account.

  @jerryireland00 do you remember when you last paid for the upgrades? It should be less than a year ago, and you can look up the transaction information even if you don’t have any receipt:

  but doesn’t this presume that I can log into the account? the whole point here is that I can’t….

  No. The transaction details are provided from your bank and not WordPress.com. you do not need access to the WordPress.com account to inquire with your bank about those details.
