locked out of my account

    I set up a WordPress account almost a year ago and haven’t used it since.

    I recently tried logging on but get the message: “I’m sorry, but we weren’t able to find a user with that login information.”

    However, I am still receiving my account emails from WordPress to that email including one yesterday that my domain will expire soon.

    How can I get WordPress to investigate this if I can’t access my account?

  • Hi, what’s the domain you have? It’s probably registered under a different account than the one you’re currently logged in.
    To log in to the correct account, use the email address to which the domain expiration notification was sent.
