Locked out of my account

  I see a transaction with the ID 0000406212059113 on my bank statement. The amount is 11,328 INR and the date is 02 March 2024. I haven’t been able to figure out what this is for.

  However, I did have the domain http://www.sumitsingla.com registered but I can’t get in anymore to an email ID that was used for it

  What are my options to get access to my domain and to investigate this transaction?
