Locked out of my account and can’t get in

I was in my account yesterday and I was trying to change my password since it appears that I have been hacked. I thought I changed the primary email to my yahoo account as well as changed the password, but something has gone wrong and now I am not getting password reset emails to my yahoo account and I cannot get into my account with the new password. Help!
