Locked out of my account – Authentification

A warm hello
A year ago I decided to use two ways of authentication via SMS. Now, however, my phone number has changed and I can no longer access my account on the tablet.I also tried the backup codes but they don’t work if I use them as described in the instructions. Unfortunately, I just don’t know what to do anymore and am easily in despair. I am still logged on to the app and everything. Just not on the tablet anymore.
Hope you can help me somehow. And sorry for my English.
