Locked out of my account – hacked?

    I’ve run into a similar problem to a couple of other users’ – I was logged out of my account, and have been completely unable to log back in. I tried having a password reset link sent to my email, but it never showed up, even after multiple tries. Based on my research, I think I may have been hacked. If this is the case, how can I regain access to my account, and will all of my information still be intact? Thanks.

    Hi korneadams,

    What is the username of the account or address of the site you are having trouble logging in to?

    It would be worth checking your spam folder in case the password reset email has gone there as this sometimes happens.

    Once I know more, I’ll be happy to check your account over.
