Locked out of my account what do I do?

  I unfortunately enabled two-factor authentication and last logged into my account on December 14, 2016 and posted an update. However, when I tried to log on again this week (30 days later). I was asked for my verification code. Unfortunately I changed phones and my number in November and did not follow the steps to deactivate and re-activate the google authenticator on my old and new phones. While I do have an authentication code for my email address, I do not receive one for wordpress. When I try the SMS code, it also does not work since I had changed my mobile number. In addition, I never went to the step of printing backup codes so what can I do now to recover my account?
