locked out of my admin page

I am not able to access my admin page (www.justbeingtom.com/wp-login.php) with my password. I have tried the reset password link 2 ways. 1. Using my email address it says there is no user registered with that email address, however my account settings on wordpress.com show that exact address. 2. Using my user name (tomrb08) it says to check my email for a reset link, but I never get one and have tried multiple times.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
