locked out of my Admin page on my WordPress website

  I have had a WordPress site for 7 years. Yesterday AM it worked fine. Yesterday PM, when I attempted to log in via my Admin page, the only thing that would appear was this: ‘rtf2.ru.’ Looks like a Russian address. When I attempt to log in to WordPress in general, their site insists that I do not have a WordPress website. How can I regain access to my Dashboard?
