Locked out of my blog
-
I can access my blog on my phone app and post from there, but when I try to write a new post on the computer, it instantly logs me out. When I retype my password and username and click “log in”, the page instantly resets itself as though I haven’t written anything at all, or takes me back to the WordPress front page. Resetting my password doesn’t do anything, and cookies are enabled in my browser (I was instructed to check these the last time this happened). What should I do? Does it come down to having to create a completely new account?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi l1nds3yharp3r,
There might be a problem with third-party cookies on your browser. Here’s a support article that also lets you check if your browser supports there:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/Which browser are you using on your computer?

Thank you for your response. I followed that link, and it says that I do have third party cookies enabled in my browser. I am currently using Mozilla Firefox.

Please follow the instructions provided to enable third party cookies.

I followed the link as instructed (again). Third party cookies are enabled. I cannot write on my blog from this computer whether third party cookies are enabled or not. Is it a problem with my browser?

I do not know for sure but if you are willing to then you can work through what follows and report back to us.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view
