Locked out of my main WordPress account and can’t sign in/send an email: Error 403

  We’ve been maliciously attacked on our main website which isn’t linked to this account. I’ve been struggling with trying to contact wordpress for weeks since they said to pay to call, or sign in to post about your issue. Literally, I couldn’t do either of these options since: 1. I didnt have the ability to sign in, 2. We have no money in our non-profit.
