Locked out of my other wordpress account because i lost my phone

I have enabled my wordpress accounts 2 step auth however I have lost the phone it was enabled on. My laptop was also stolen along with my backup codes. I still have the same number and know all the gmail details.
Please help me I need to enable the upgrade feature on the account.

Regardless, you should of course immediately change your passwords for your email and such (I’m sure I’m stating the obvious, but…)

Go to your email program immediately and change the password to a very difficult one because that’s how many hackers gain access to blogs.
1. If you can log-in go here > Users > All Users and delete any user that does not belong there.
2. Disable post by email > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/
3. Disable post by voice > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-voice/
4. Change your blog password to a very difficult one > http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-password
5. Use a secure, encrypted connection to connect to your Dashboard. Under Users → Personal Settings, check the box that says “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages, and click Save Changes.

I have actually been blocked from my account because I have lost my phone and backup codes for the google authenticator. I will need to have 2 step verification disabled. This way I can log into my account again.

@joshpatat – Please do as jackiedana requested by visiting the lost password page she linked to and then clicking on the “Need More Help” link (underneath the area for an email address) to get the process started.

Yea all done. I’m just worried that this is for password recovery which is not what i need. I need my 2 step auth reset.

If you clicked on the “Need More Help” link and filled out the form there with the additional information, including the information about the 2-step authentication, as jackiedana said, the account recovery team will get back to you by email.
