Locked out of my page and dashboard

    Receiving this msg when trying to log in as admin: Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/index.php on this server.

    and this when trying to view the page:
    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
