Locked out of my site

  I need some help please. I know my user name and password for my site jacquishofargirl.org …… I thought I had disabled my step-two authentication which is attached to my old mobile telephone number but it is asking for it so I am locked out of my site.

  Any suggestions? Do I have to open a brand new site?

  Hi there. I’m assuming you either don’t have the backup codes or they didn’t work, in which case you’ll need to fill out the Account Recovery Form and then wait for the account recovery staff to contact you via email.
