I’m currently locked out of it. I just paid for it. What’s happening??? thanks -

The account associated with that site is denisesullivan. It’s different from the one that you’re using to write to us here. Once you sign in to the correct account click on My Sites from the upper left hand corner of the screen.

staff-zinnia explained what to do weeks ago. Just log out of this wrong account and log back in with the correct username denisesullivan and correct password

You are still not logged in with the correct WordPress.com account.
As mentioned earlier, please first log out of WordPress.com.
Then, log in under the account denisesullivan.
