i have lost control to this account
first two factor authentication is on,unknowing i have deleted the google authentication app and lost the backup codes alsoi have the email and password for the site but two factor authentication stops me getting into account
so i kindly request you guys to recover my account
and i am not receiving the sms code on my mobile number
i am from bangalore,india on bsnl mobile network.can you guys disable two factor authentication so that i can login, or fix the sms code not receiving on my mobile it would be very much helpful
i have tried recovering account unfortunately i dont have activation url or key ,if you guys want i can show my other proof of identity
i have used this account to monitor my site http://www.shreyasmm.com via jetpack ,once i lost access to site i lost lot of jetpack goodies please help me

Account recovery is not done on these public support forums. Complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact him/her by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
