  I cannot access my site. I’ve been inactive for 3 years. Cannot reset password

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  According to staff they will only give access to the account if you have one of the following: 1) a transaction ID, 2) an activation URL or key, 3) two factor authentication codes, or 4) access to the email address associated with the account.

  Thank you for your support. Somehow managed to log in from another device and remove a contact form I had inserted, changed password and….presto. All fine now.
