  When I visit them and try to post I am told I haven’t created any websites yet

  cavestrong.net and macefit.com are owned by another WordPress.com account, which is why there isn’t an option to manage them from the one you are currently logged in to.

  Please try logging out of cavestrongnation, then log back in with the username ironcave1 or the email address your purchase receipt was sent to.
