I keep getting prompted with: You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support. I spent $200 on this, and support is only an AI bot that keeps telling me it’s connecting me to a human, and nothing happens.

Try reaching out through a different channel like their official email or social media accounts; sometimes that gets a faster human response. Also, keep a record of your purchase receipt or transaction ID in case you need to escalate or file a dispute with your payment provider.
