The person that was helping build my nonprofit’s website has locked me out of it….how can I get back into it? I don’t know what the username or password is because he changed it

Hi, I got locked out my site after accidentally (unknowingly) deleting the web address. Now my ISP says “Cannot access http://www.” Help!
It’s infinity-electrical.com -
Re above lockout, when I try to login to WP, I get: “www. didn’t send any data.”
It seems like a catch 22, I need to login to change the web domain so that I can login!
I just need to unfreeze the website domain so that I can start over! -
@willchilds1 infinity-electrical.com isn’t hosted here on WordPress.com servers. You’ll need to approach your host One.com or, as the site uses the WordPress.org software:

Is anybody there?
How do I get back into my WP website builder, if domain name is only ” www. “?
Surely WordPress can access it to change this if I cannot? Or can WordPress just delete it so I can start over with my domain name?
Curiously, some pages are still live when you google infinity electrical services, even though the main home page is off and I cannot login at all.
Please help, somebody.
Surely I cannot be the first person on earth to have this problem.William

“wordpress” is just the name of the software that you use on your site. Help for that comes from volunteers in the .org forum.
