Locked out of my website

    Hello, I have a website that I have been updating today – the domain name was uzima.co.uk however, as I was editing the content I changed the domain name to goldengroveretreatwales.co.uk it logged me out. After this the log in details didn’t work and I sent out a confirmation to my email and changed the password – whereby I have logged into wordpress and there is no longer any website named! Any help will be greatly appreciated .

    I can load uzima.co.uk as it’s own site, there is no redirection to any other site.

    For help with the WordPress installation you’ll want to visit https://wordpress.org/support/ and seek help from the community there. The site is not using us at WordPress.com.

    There’s 2 different versions of WordPress and the details are outlined on this page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Your site is registered at Paragon Internet Group Ltd t/a Tsohost and currently pointed to tsohost.co.uk. I hope this helps you get to the right resources for help.

    Ok that does make sense but I need to log in and I cant – is there anyone I can speak to on the phone to walk me through it?

    Hi louiseevans919, we have chat based support for people hosting with one of our paid plans. But you’re with tsohost.co.uk rather than hosted here at WordPress.com, so you might ask if they have phone support.

    WordPress.org is free software and does not have paid staff. But, if you’ll show this to your host I’ll bet they’ll be able to help you with one of the options:
