Locked out of my word press login

  Hi – I forgot my password/username (laptop been reset and so lost the automatic sign in) Tried to reset via the WP system but every time it said it would send me a link nothing arrived. So now I can’t get into my site!

  Sometimes these emails end up in Spam folder in email clients by mistake.

  If you still cannot find it there, you could initiate Account Recovery by filling out this form, providing that you website is hosted at WordPress.com .

  Hi there,

  Since you have a Gmail address, WordPress.com emails are known to end up in your social tab if you have that enabled. I would also check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there. Either way, if you search for your domain in the general inbox search field, you should be to find the email we sent to you regardless of the folder or tab that it is in.
