Locked out of my wp-admin

  Help! I did it to myself! I’m locked out of my own “/wp-admin.” To improve my security, yesterday I checked the box on the new iThemes Security page that disables admin. I selected a range of hours that should have disabled it only overnight. The lockout should have been up by now, but I have not been able to get back in yet today. What do I do now?
