Locked out of original account

    Hello,

    We have been locked out of our google account because it said to contact our administrator. How do we go about accessing that account?
    It said to contact our local administrator, but we no longer have access to that account. We set up a new account. How do we go about regaining access to that account?

    Are you trying to regain access to your old Google account? Or to a WordPress.com username account?

    If you’re trying to regain access to a Google account, you need to contact Google directly for help with that.

    If you’re trying to regain access to a WordPress.com username account/site, please follow our account recovery process at https://wordpress.com/en/support/account-recovery/. Once you’ve verified ownership of the account in question via that form, someone will follow up via email to help you regain access.

    If you’re not able to submit the account recovery form, please reply with the URL of the site and the username of the account you’re trying to access, and we can take a look if there are any other options in this case.
