  We are locked out of our business website account. Who can I contact regarding this. I haven’t been able to find any support . . .

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is WordPress.com. What is the address of the site and is it hosted here? If it is hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software you may be asking in the wrong forum.

  It is hosted at DiscountASP.NET but we are using the WordPress plugin so all of the files, web pages, etc. are managed by logging into the WordPress account which we lost access to. We had an employee that no longer works here change passwords, etc. and we cannot get back in.

  If it’s hosted at DiscountASP.NET then it means it’s not hosted at WordPress.com, so we’re not able to help you. You’re using the WordPress software, but that software and your site’s content is not stored on our servers. It’s stored on your hosting provider’s and we have no access to it at all.

  Please contact your hosting provider directly for help regaining access to your site and/or hosting account.
