Locked out of our site

  When we recently tried to access our website we were met with a blank page containing just the site background photo. Nothing other than that. Our administrator log in page is also a blank page. We need to get our site back up and running but recently the guy that ran the site was let go from our company and we don’t have any access information to get back in. How do we go about this. We need to regain control of our site!

  It seems that you’re in the wrong support forum. You are using the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com. This forum helps the sites hosted on WordPress.com only.
