Locked out of paid account

If you have a paid wordpress.com plan, you can use the Transaction ID to restore access to your account at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

Yes I have tried that and it would not send. It said the contact mail is the same as the account so I must use password reset, but when I use password reset, it says the account does not exist.

What is the email address you’re using to request the password reset?
Also make sure you’re logged out of the
boclassroomaccount before you try resetting the password for another account. -
Thank you thank you a million times thank you. It’s always something super-simple that gets overlooked. I didn’t know to log out of the other account. Problem solved!

Ahahaha and now I’m logged into this account and can’t close the help request until I re-log into the other account…..

I’m glad you were able to get into the right account :)
