locked out of real account

I am locked out of my account because it was associated with a .edu email address which I no longer have the ability to reach. I thought I had ported it over to a separate email, but apparently not.

We are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.

This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns the site you are trying to access.

i tried to do that earlier and did not hear anything back. i also don’t have a way to “prove” that the account is mine bc i never paid for it/cannot access the old email bc it was a school email

If you managed to successfully submit that form, someone will reply to you via email as soon as your request reaches the top of the queue.
However, if you’re not able to verify ownership of the account in question, we won’t be able to give you access to it.
