Locked out of site

Hello, I am also the owner of this site. Bought through host gator. I have elementor pro on it and it is confirmed on their site. I can’t get into my /wp-admin. What can I do to get ahold of someone to help me with this? I need to be able to access the WP for sweet and southren.com what can I do???

The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, but your site is not hosted with us, so we’re not able to help in this case. The password for your admin account for that site is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, so contacting them directly is your best bet for getting help with this – many hosts offer a way for you to reset this directly via your hosting control panel.
Otherwise you can see the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/ for other methods, like changing the password directly in the database.
