Locked out of site by Wordfence and not receiving help emails to unlock.

    Hi – I’ve been locked out of my site by Wordfence for about 4 days now and am not receiving help emails to unlock. I get the message that I’m getting the email but I don’t receive any – have checked junk folders too. I also get the message that my email address isn’t recognised and in one instance that my site is closed.

    Other authorized people can access the site – just me locked out. All help gratefully received. :-)

    What’s the address of the site you’re trying to access?
