Locked out of website

We have been locked out of our website. Our Webmistress cannot make any changes to the website and I can’t make any change to our profile. I can find no email address, telephone number nor chat to contact WordPress to get thissituation rectified. Is it time for us to find another provider??? Our login name and password have not changed.
