Locked Out of Website

  My partner attempted to set up 2 factor authentication, but went about it incorrectly and is not locked out of her account. She did not scan the QR code to set up OTP properly but then was logged out. Is there any way to get back into website and recieve that QR code again.

  Hey there, if she’s hosted here, we have an account recovery process she can use. She may be prompted to just get her password by email, she’ll want to submit the form anyway so she can reach out to the account recovery team. Hoping this helps!
