locked out of website because of jetpack.

can’t upgrade jetpack because it says my username is incorrect. i can log into wordpress.com and I can see my ‘blog posts’ page, but it tells me it’s empty, which it’s not, and it won’t let me modify my posts. i assume this is happening because jetpack is not upgraded, but it won’t let me do that. i need access to my website ASAP.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Jetpack only allows you to manage your site via your WordPress.com account. It should not prevent you from logging into the site’s dashboard directly.
Are you speaking of sodoodles.com? That’s the only Jetpack-connected site I see in this account.
You should be able to log into that site’s dashboard at http://sodoodles.com/wp-login.php using the admin credentials that were created when you created the site. Your WordPress.com username will not work there – you need to use the admin user username for the site itself – and Jetpack has no effect at all on how that login page works.
If you don’t remember your admin credentials for that site, you can find the instructions to reset those in the documentation for the WordPress software you’re using on your site.

The reason you can’t see any posts for that site or manage plugins in your WordPress.com dashboard is because Jetpack is unable to communicate with your site’s servers:
That’s something that will need to be fixed on your hosting provider’s end, though you can contact Jetpack support at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support if you need more help troubleshooting the exact cause.
