Locked out of woocommerce after new login process

Hi, I’m writing from my old installation I no longer use but is attached to the email I was using to login to woocommerce on my new installation that we moved to.
If I remember correctly I was using (email visible only to moderators and staff) to login to woo for my new installation to access all my purchases, but you made me switch it to the same email I was using to login to my site on my new self hosted installation, eehp.pro.
Everything was working fine until you changed your login process from woocommerce.com to wordpress.com, then I was locked out of my woocommerce account, despite actively using several plugins on eehp.pro
I really, really need help sorting this out so I can get back into my woocommerce account as I have an ongoing problem with some subscription renewals that aren’t processing for some reason that I can’t figure out.
Is there a live chat feature somewhere I can access? That would really help. Someone please help me get this sorted out. Do I need to delete my old site off of this wordpress hosted site so I can link it to woo, since it’s the same email I was using to login to woo? I have no idea what to do.

Hey there @eliteequinehp, have you tried reaching out to WooCommerce and using the “I need help with my account” option? You’ll want to use this link:
https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/
You should be able to choose that, then the “something else” option so you can reach out to WooCommerce support for account help.
