Locked out of wordpress

Posting this to the forum from a new blog I have created.
I am unable to access my original blog which was created in Nov 2011 – EclecticMavin.com which worked fine until a week ago. Can’t log in with my blog name or email. Is saying has no record of user and no record of the blog – although the blog is still there live and clear.
I can’t access support by email either because I don’t have the verification codes. I’ve taken a look at the forum, and this seems to be happening for others over last few weeks. Would appreciate someone getting in contact. Thanks
