Locked out of WordPress
-
The mobile version of our site – psiada.org – was compromised by malware recently, redirecting to mobi-avto.ru.
In attempting to fix the issue we removed the template, the plugins, and in a last ditch effort, we changed the wordpress and site address to “psiadaa.org” within the settings tab.
The site immediately redirected to the new address, and we are effectively locked of the editor. Is there a method to change the address back?

http://psiada.org/ is not hosted by WordPress.COM. It’s a WordPress.ORG software install.
