  I have both username and password on notepad, nothing changed and I can’t get in…I get a new password and still can’t get in. The original WordPress account is with the past owner and that may be the problem…how can I get in to make changes to my website if I can’t access WordPress?

  Ok just a note – Don’t share the password here on public forums.

  The original WordPress account is with the past owner and that may be the problem

  Can you tell us the username? and your site URL as well?

  how can I get in to make changes to my website if I can’t access WordPress?

  There are two ways from here –

  1) If you have the username and have forgotten the password, you can reset the password by following these instructions –
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#lost-password

  2) If you don’t remember the username and the password and have lost access to the account completely then use the account recovery form –
  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
