Locked out of wordpress account

  Hi,

  My email : (email visible only to moderators and staff). I had to format my phone and lost 2-step verification codes. Unfortunately, I lost the backup codes too. How can download the QR image again ? I’m unable to login.

  I paid $13 for pointing custom domain to my blog. WordPress support is only for paid members. How can I contact WordPress without logging into the account ? I created a new a/c and posting this.

  my email is redacted in the msg. I hope the WordPress staff can see the email ID. I’m not seeking help for above blog but for the account login.
